anything for a smile
The product is as described, except for the microphone, which produces very poor audio quality (according to the people I call via Teams). This could be a software issue, but even with the Poly app, the latest driver, and endless tweaking in the settings, the problem persists.

According to our office headset expert
Less ambient noise: you hear much less ambient noise thanks to the hybrid active noise canceling.
Ready for Teams: this office headset is certified for Microsoft Teams, so you can work smoothly and use extra convenient features.
Comfortable during long use: because the ear cushions don't press on your ears, the headset stays comfortable even when you use it for a long time.
Less powerful noise canceling: these headphones filter out ambient noise less effectively than headphones with advanced hybrid noise canceling.
Less suitable with glasses: over-ear headphones are less suitable if you wear glasses.
