The Theragun Mini Gen 3 Black is easy to take with you when you're traveling. It's small in size and weighs only 400g. It easily fits in your bag this way, and your arm won't get tired quickly during the massage. You receive 3 massage attachments. You can use the ball attachment for large and small muscle groups. There's also an attachment for stubborn knots and sensitive spots. With the thumb attachment, you can massage intensively and very precisely. You can use one of the 3 preset massage speeds. This way, you can always massage comfortably. You can adjust your massage to your liking via the Therabody app. You can set the speed, choose a massage program, or receive guidance, for example.
