With the Philips 8000 Series DST8040/30, you can iron faster and with less effort. The motion sensor automatically provides steam as soon as you move the iron. The OptimalTEMP technology automatically chooses the right temperature. You can iron anything from jeans to silk without making scorch marks this way. This means you don't have to sort clothes beforehand. The SteamGlide Elite soleplate glides smoothly over any piece of clothing. The soleplate is scratch-resistant and you can easily clean it. With an 80g/min constant steam output and a 260g extra steam burst, you can also remove wrinkles from thick fabrics like jeans. The 350ml water tank provides a lot of ironing time without having to refill. After 8 minutes, the appliance automatically turns off. That's safer.
