According to our health tracker expert
You can stay focused on what you're doing, because the Polar Loop doesn't have a screen.
There's no subscription required, so you have full access to all features.
Thanks to Polar Smart Coaching, you'll receive personalized tips in the Polar Flow app to improve your athletic performance.
You need to have your smartphone with you if you want to track your routes while exercising.
We recommend this tracker for a wrist circumference of 15 to 17cm.
Note: a charger isn't included. Do you want to charge the tracker via the socket? Use the charger of your smartphone or order a separate charger.
I used to wear an Apple Watch to track my activity, but the battery died after a day and a half, and I couldn't wear another watch because I wanted to track my activity. Now there's a great solution! It's a great tracker for tracking your activity. It's very accurate, and you don't even notice you're wearing it.

The Polar Loop is actually quite a bad purchase. A number of options are simply laughable. Take the pedometer, for example. It registers a multitude of steps. According to the Flow app, I took 11,000 steps today. Remarkable during a long day of meetings. According to my Garmin watch, it was 2,300 steps. Then there is the automatic activity tracker. Just vacuuming the living room and the activity tracker starts. After 5 minutes of vacuuming and back on the couch, the tracker continues to register a high-intensity athletic activity that won't stop... unless you turn it off manually. This Polar Loop causes massive clutter in Google Fit and the Sonar app. Bad purchase of the century and absolutely not recommended.
