According to our window cleaner expert
The storage station has a battery, so you can use the window cleaner even if there's no socket.
You can also control the window cleaner via your smartphone, so you can clean your windows while you're on the couch.
The robot moves back and forth systematically, so it doesn't skip any spots.
The window cleaner doesn't move across window frames, so you need to move it to another window yourself.
We were a bit hesitant about whether this would be worth the money and whether it would clean the windows properly. But we're incredibly excited about the results. We wouldn't have done it better ourselves.

This window robot works great, provided your windows aren't too dirty. If they're very dirty, just pre-wash them with plain water and a brush or cloth, and then the robot will deliver a beautifully clean and clear result. I can't match this myself! Make sure you keep the cleaning cloths/pads clean, otherwise they'll smudge. My personal advice is to first wash the pads with tap water and then dampen them in demineralized water to prevent any limescale residue. I don't have any experience with any other cleaning agent in the Winbot, other than those Ecovacs ones. They're expensive, but the results are more than worth it.
What convinced me most was that the Winbot can also clean the outside of our balcony windows, which is a difficult and dangerous job if you have to do it manually. Now I just let the Winbot vacuum the window, and it does its job! It's already securely connected to the station via the cable, and you can secure it with a cord and hook to something if you're worried it might fall. I can only recommend it if you think you need a window robot and can afford it!
Especially recommended if you have large windows; it falls short on small windows because it doesn't have enough room to maneuver.
