You can easily set the temperature of each cooking zone with the DirectTouch slider with 14 settings. Simply slide your finger across the slider to control the heat. In a hurry? Turn on PowerBoost. The cooktop heats your pan faster, so you have boiling water for your pasta in no time. The Hob2Hood function is also useful. Do you have an AEG range hood that has the function as well? You can connect it to your cooktop at the touch of a button. While you cook, the cooktop automatically controls the lighting and exhaust.
