Nice phone. Adapts well to preferences.

Good quality camera
I found some standard apps from a previous phone more pleasant to use.

I was looking for an Android phone with options for simple operation, long battery life, a good camera, and preferably a simple photo editor app as well. Furthermore, I wanted more freedom compared to my previous phone from another brand, so I could remove annoying unwanted apps. It still took me quite a while to get my phone set up so that it only does what I ask, but with some effort, I am quite satisfied. I am not entirely wild about the photo gallery app/editor, though, but perhaps that is just a matter of getting used to it. Additionally, I found it a pity that I needed a mid-range phone to continue receiving updates for a longer period. Given my requirements, a cheaper phone might have sufficed, but due to the limited updates guaranteed for those, I didn't dare take that risk.
