The device produces much better coffee than the existing business device. And the conversation and colleagues are also more fun with this coffee. More project problems have already been solved with this coffee, and more brilliant ideas are being generated. The device paid for itself in two days!

It's a shame that the second chance is more expensive than a new one. With the new one you get a discount of 41 euros (46 euros on cups for 5 euros), so the new one actually costs 159 - 41 = 118 euros. But with the second choice you don't get a nice coffee package and you pay the full 133 euros. Well, you never get rid of your second chances, and not very sustainable. Too bad because a second chance device would have provided even more food for discussion!

The machine does not indicate when the water has run out. If you don't top up the water in time while brewing a cup of coffee, an air bubble will be sucked into your pump so that it no longer works. I think that's a weakness of Nespresso. This has caused a lot of frustration.
