I can select the right program with the push of a button and get exactly the texture I want. The appliance works quickly and intuitively, but it is a bit louder than average.
Many different automatic programs
I no longer have to choose between complicated settings. With 13 automatic programs, I can instantly select soft serve, scooped ice cream, sorbet, gelato, frozen yogurt, or milkshake. This saves time and gives me predictable results. With the two included cups, I can make two flavors simultaneously, such as soft serve and gelato. The operation feels intuitive, and the machine takes up little space.
Creamy texture
The machine blends the frozen base until smooth. I freeze the mixture 24 hours in advance. This gives me a creamy texture without ice crystals. For soft serve, I use the 3-speed lever and press the ice cream out in a controlled manner. This makes it easy to create a nice swirl in the cup.
Vegan or high-protein ice cream
I sometimes make a vegan base with coconut or almond milk. These ingredients are also transformed into delicious ice cream. For sports days, I choose a high-protein version with quark and protein powder. This way, I tailor my ice cream to my diet or taste.
Adding chocolate or nuts
Using the Mix-in function, I stir in extras at the end. Chocolate pieces, nuts, or fruit are evenly distributed without anything getting stuck at the bottom. I sometimes also add cookie crumbs or a swirl of caramel sauce. The machine works these into the ice cream smoothly, so every bite has a special touch. It's especially nice that you can really squeeze out the soft serve. That adds an extra touch to the serving experience.
