According to our robot lawn mower expert
Smart route with a laser: the robot uses lasers to choose the best mowing route in your garden without bumping into trees.
Recognizes small objects: the smart robot recognizes small objects and carefully drives around them.
Neat lawn edges: your lawn looks neater because the robot lawn mower mows up to 1cm from the edges.
Very loud: with a maximum noise level of 81 decibels, the robot lawn mower is very loud.
You are almost always busy with the robotic mower. Either it doesn't drive into its charging station, or it gets stuck. Every time it mows the lawn (100m²), it gets stuck 1 or 2 times. And often in the same spot. AI?

The device is quite large and requires some open space on the left and right to exit the charging station. Be sure to check the instructions in the manual for this.
Mapping is quick, though it is a pity that you cannot edit the map manually, for example to straighten an edge if you haven't driven along it with complete accuracy with the mower. As a result, it is sometimes necessary to apply a bit of trial and error and (partially) clear the map and remeasure it.
I had to perform a factory reset once because the mower only mowed 25% of each mowing area. After this reset and setting everything back up, it works fine.
The edge trimmer works, but it remains a challenge to drive close enough to obstacles to actually catch every clump of grass. If you have an area where you can drive halfway across your patio, for example, this works best.

We use the Ecovacs O1200 GOAT in my garden and we are extremely happy with it; it is user-friendly and cordless. The edge trimmer really makes the difference for me; setting up different zones is super handy, and it recognizes obstacles well and drives neatly around them. The only minor downside is the noise of the edge trimmer compared to the mowing itself, as that, on the other hand, is quiet.
