With the smoke infusion, you can give your dishes a tasty smoke flavor. You can keep an eye on the temperature via the lid thermometer. You can be sure you're preparing your meat well this way. Hang your barbecue tools on the 4 tool hooks, so you can quickly get to them. You can also store items in the underframe.
