With the Gillette trimmer, I neatly trim my beard and body hair thanks to the included attachment combs. The flexible head also makes it easy to trim along my chin and jawline. However, when the battery is empty, it takes a long time to fully charge again.
Trimming beard and body hair
The trimmer comes with handy attachment combs. For instance, there are 3 attachment combs for my beard included. With these, I trim to 1, 2, or 5 millimeters. I always trim my beard short myself, but you can also use it for longer beards. There is also an attachment comb for body hair included. With this comb, I can comfortably and safely trim my body hair. I also use the trimmer without an attachment comb. This way, I trim my face almost smooth. Without an attachment comb, I also create sharp lines on my sideburns and trim very precisely under my nose.
Comfortable trimming
I find that the trimmer is easy and comfortable to use. The trimmer has a flexible head. As a result, the head follows the contours of my face while trimming. This way, it stays in contact with my skin, and I can easily trim along my chin and jawline. What I also find handy is that the trimmer trims in two directions. Thanks to the double-sided blade, I can easily trim upwards and downwards. I do have to trim over the sink, though, otherwise all the hairs fall on the floor.
Easy to clean
The trimmer is completely waterproof. This allows me to trim my body hair in the shower without any problems. Because it is waterproof, I can also easily rinse away any remaining hairs after use. This makes it clean again quickly. The rubber handle provides a lot of grip while trimming, even when the trimmer is wet. I can trim multiple times on a full battery. However, when the battery is empty, it takes a long time to fully charge again. So I do have to make sure to charge it on time.
