Ultimately, I am very satisfied with it. No, it is not cheap, but it was either this or hiring a window cleaner, and when you compare the price, it is fine. The window cleaner certainly does a slightly better job (including the frames themselves, for example), but the result is still very acceptable.

The WINBOT works normally during the first cleaning round, but gradually loses height from the second window onwards and consequently gets stuck repeatedly at the bottom of the window. It cannot complete the cleaning route independently. Since then, it has completely lost its grip and orientation. It does not make straight, parallel paths but diagonal Z-movements, can no longer straighten itself or pull itself up, and frequently displays the message: “WINBOT is slipping, please remove”. A replacement unit was also tested, which has exactly the same problem.

After using the W2 for almost two years, I decided to go for the W3 OMNI. Because I have large windows, the longer cable and the rollers on the sides are ideal. It cleans the windows better than its predecessor, and it is very convenient that it washes the cloth itself. The screen on the case is also a nice addition: this way, you can view everything without having to constantly reach for your mobile phone.
