Very good value for money

We are very happy with our new television from TCL. It is easy to install; everything is self-explanatory. The remote control features many handy options. For instance, you can quickly access Netflix, YouTube, and other channels. We connected our soundbar to the TV, which was also easy to do. Things we are happy with: user-friendly, built-in cast function so no Chromecast needed anymore, easy login to streaming services, clear homepage where you can easily find what you watched previously, viewing tips/recommendations, sleek design, screensaver customizable with your own photos! All in all, we are very satisfied and recommend the TCL RGB Mini LED 65''!

I got the 85-inch + Q75H Soundbar. Watching a movie is now a real experience. When you turn it on, you choose either HDMI, to which your TV decoder is connected and it becomes just a classic TV, or you choose Google TV and one of your Google profiles (with or without a PIN code), where you can personalize everything to your liking and use your personal history and favorites. You have a choice of an endless number of apps, such as YouTube, Netflix, Disney+, GoPlay, RTL Play, Crunchy Roll... You can set a screensaver of your choice using photos from a Google Photo Album, allowing you to use the TV as a frame or photo frame. You can also easily "cast" things from your phone, tablet, or laptop to your TV. You can create child profiles where you can set their age, what they are allowed to watch, what not, when, how long, quotas, etc... There is also a handy microphone button on the remote control, making it easy for small children who cannot yet read to choose what they want to watch. So they can go about their business completely and yet safely, and watch "Train" or "Rabbit" or "Bumba" or "TikTok" 1000 times without having to bother you.

I can't say anything bad about the picture quality; I was hesitating between the C6, C7, or C8 models from TCL, comparing backlight zones, etc... but then I saw that this RGB version was on sale, cheaper, and with many more backlight zones than the other types. The picture quality, the color planes, the black... truly sublime. The performance is also good in bright sunlight and when watching from the side from the dining table, for example (viewing angle). The test videos on YouTube (search terms 4K, 8K, 16K, HDR...) are spectacular, both in terms of picture and sound (both via the soundbar and via the built-in speakers, which are not to be underestimated either). I am happy with it. Just to be safe, I added the 5-year insurance as well (€232 = €46.40 per year), so that I have peace of mind for 5 years, in case it falls off the wall or if something in this cutting-edge technology fails prematurely (or programmed obsolescence, meaning it would die just the week the manufacturer's warranty expires).
