Better model
The hardware is fine, but quite heavy.
The software contains too many useless apps.
Transferring software from the old phone works, but I immediately lost a lot of contacts. I eventually transferred them via the cloud. A whole hassle again.

Happy with my replacement for my old A34. I am pleased with the price-quality ratio of this A-series once again.

The phone is fine in terms of price and specs. Good camera. Large size. Great screen.
However, I do have "problems" with its functionality. While I believe you should be able to unlock the phone using biometrics for daily use, the phone still asks to enter a PIN most of the time and goes through a startup procedure anyway. Very strange. Officially, that should only be necessary once every 72 hours when using a fingerprint. It also froze regularly in the beginning, but fortunately, I figured out how to perform a full system wipe and reset using AI, and that seems to have solved the freezing issue. I don't think my next phone will be a Samsung anymore.

You can watch movies and series in high quality on the sharp Full HD screen.

The 128GB storage fills up quickly, so choose the 256GB version if you want more storage space.
