How long will you receive updates?
How long you'll continue to receive updates varies by device. The oldest devices, such as the iPhone 11, will likely receive their last update in 2026. Most devices receive iOS updates for approximately 6 years. If you stop receiving updates, the latest software features won't be on your device. You'll usually still receive security updates for a few years.
How long is the warranty?
You get a 2-year warranty on our refurbished iPhone models. That's just as long as on a new device. All devices have been thoroughly inspected, so we expect them to last for years to come.
