The Vortech Pro gaming chair is a wide gaming chair with a comfortable seat and a nice, built-in back support. The neck pillow isn't really my thing, but it's easily removable.
Easy to assemble
The chair comes in a box with only a few parts. They fit together well, and I easily followed the instructions. The included assembly materials are easy to use. I can assemble the chair myself in about 15 to 20 minutes.
Adjustable chair
I can customize almost everything about the chair. I can adjust the armrests for height, width, and depth. They also swivel, but I don't need that. The armrests are sturdy and I can adjust them exactly to my liking. I also really like the built-in back support. It supports my lower back very well because I adjust it myself. This way, I can find the perfect support with the dial, and I don't get lower back pain, which I usually experience after a long gaming session or workday. The backrest isn't too firm and is also in the right place.
Comfortable seat
What immediately strikes me about the chair is how comfortable it is. I feel the chair supports me well. I can also easily adjust the chair to the right height for someone my height (1.86 meters). This way, my knees are always bent 90 degrees, which is comfortable. I also have easy access to the floor, making it easy to move while sitting. One thing I do notice is that the chair's wheels don't roll smoothly on office carpet. I have to put in more force to do this.
Supportive neck pillow
The box also includes a neck pillow. I easily click it into place through the holes in the headrest. I notice that this makes the neck pillow sit a bit low, making it uncomfortable on my neck. When I attach the neck pillow to the top of the chair, I don't have this problem. The pillow is otherwise comfortable and nice and soft.
