The Bowers & Wilkins Px7 S3 is a sturdy headphone that provides balanced sound. Thanks to the strong noise canceling, I hear almost nothing of my surroundings. Occasionally, s-sounds sound a bit sharp.
Easy connection
I easily connect to my phone. After I turn on the headphones, I slide the Bluetooth button upwards. Within a few seconds, I see the headphones in the list under Bluetooth in my settings. The next times, the headphones automatically connect to my phone.
Strong noise canceling
With the noise canceling, I hear almost nothing of my surroundings. I like this at the office, because I can concentrate on my work. I also shut myself off completely on public transport. During rush hour, I am not bothered by people talking. In traffic, I find the strong noise canceling less pleasant, because I like to hear what is happening around me. Because the noise canceling is strong, I feel a slight pressure on my ears. I do not like this when I wear the headphones all day. Balanced sound
The sound is clear, full and balanced. I can hear vocals clearly, but the background music also sounds clear and detailed. The bass tones are not extra strong, but I don't really mind that. This way the music sounds balanced, which means I can listen to it for a long time. Sometimes the sound sounds sharp with s-sounds.
Sturdy design
The headphones feel sturdy and sit well on my head. For example, when I walk, they stay firmly in place. I like the design because it looks sleek. I do notice that they feel a bit heavy after wearing them for a while. They shift a bit when I bend over because of the weight.
