Barrel barbecues
A barrel barbecue or rectangular barbecue has more grill space. That way, you can use various cooking techniques. For example, grill directly above the coals on one side of the rack, and cook meat indirectly on the other side. With most barrel BBQs or square barbecues, you can remove part of the rack to create space for accessories. You can also easily adjust the temperature with the ventilation holes.
