Built-in ceramic cooktops
Built-in ceramic cooktops
- 5 cooktops
A built-in ceramic cooktop has electric heating elements under the glass plate. The advantage of a ceramic cooktop is that there's no open fire. On the other hand, the surface can become a lot warmer than with induction. If you often use a roasting tray or fish pan, choose a ceramic cooktop with an oblong zone. These cooktops require a 5-way socket and 5-way Perilex connector.
