What if the product that I want to order isn't in stock during Black Friday?

Some product might be restocked during Black Friday, but we can't be sure unfortunately. Via the "Keep me updated" button on the product page, you can stay updated about the stock. You'll receive an email or SMS as soon as the product is available again.

Does the product come back in stock after the Black Friday period? You won't be able to use the discount anymore, unfortunately.

What if my delivery is delayed?

Do you still offer installation service for my television and white goods product during Black Friday?

Yes, we'll install your product if you order the installation service. Due to large demand, some service may be temporarily unavailable. This will be clearly indicated on the product page of your desired product. In that case, you'll receive an email before delivery with tips from our installers to install or connect the product yourself.

Does 'Ordered today, delivered tomorrow' still apply?

We’ll do everything we can to live up to our promise: ordered today, delivered tomorrow. Depending on your region, your package will be delivered tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. You can easily check this in the postal code checker. You can find this at the top left on the website. You'll receive a Track & Trace once we've shipped your package. Here, you can find the current status and delivery time.

Our delivery vans for large products like washing machines and televisions fill up quickly due to the large demand. When you place your order, you'll see the available delivery moments. Choose the moment that suits you best.

Are all promotions already online?

How do I place an order during Black Friday?
