Where can I find my shipping label?

We'll send you your shipping label via email 1 hour after you've registered your repairs.

Do I have to pay to return my product?

No, that's free. You can pack your product in the original packaging and send your product in a Coolblue box or a different sturdy box that closes well.

Use the shipping label in your email. You can have the QR code scanned at a DHL package point. The shipping is free in that case.

How should I pack my product to return it?

Use sturdy packaging. If you can, use the original packaging. That way, the chance of the product getting damaged is smaller. No longer have the original packaging? No problem. We'll look at the condition of your returned product and determine what the depreciation is based on that.

You can ship the product in a Coolblue box or another box that closes well.

All packed up? Print your shipping label and stick it on the outer box. You can find it in the email we sent you.

Do I have to return my product in its original packaging?

Yes, if you send back your product within the return window. That way, we might be able to make someone else happy. No longer have the original packaging or is it damaged? In that case, we'll look at the condition of your returned product and the packaging to determine what the depreciation might be.

What if I can't print my shipping label?

Register your return first via the online return form. You'll receive a return number and shipping label from us. This is the fastest way to start your return or repair. You can also use the general model form. You can find it here.

Note: are you using the general model form? You won't receive a Track & Trace code and we won't be able to keep you as updated on the status.

What do I have to do before I return my laptop, smartphone, or other data carrier?

When you return a device, we'll wipe the data. Make sure you have stores your data:

  • Back up the data you don't want to lose.
  • Remove accounts from your device by restoring it to the manufacturer's settings. You can read how to do this on the information page.
  • Turn off "Find my iPhone". Otherwise, we're not allowed to repair your product.
  • Remove your SIM card from your phone or your SD card from your camera.

What do I have to do to return extra large products like white goods and kitchen appliances?

Go through the following steps:

Register your return via the online return request form.

Prepare your product for the return trip:

  • Remove water or other liquids;
  • Disconnect the appliance from the power grid and disconnect any supply or drain hoses.
  • Open the door for our delivery drivers and they'll pick up the product and send it to our warehouse. When the product has arrived, the replacement product will be sent to you or you'll receive a refund within 5 working days.
