PoE IP cameras
A PoE camera is useful for places with no power outlet nearby. PoE stands for Power over Ethernet, which refers to power supply via the network cable. In addition to the camera feed, the network cable also provides the camera with power. With a PoE IP camera you don't need an extra socket. PoE only works if there is a PoE device connected to both sides of the network cable.
