Which installation service do you need for your washing machine?

To get your new washing machine ready for use, we offer the following services for a fee:

• Install the washing machine at the location of your choice
• Connect the washing machine to a pull switch
• Place a dryer on top of your washing machine using a stacking kit

You can add this service to your order before making your purchase.

If we install your washing machine at the desired location, our installers will do the following for you:

• Place the washing machine at the desired location.
• Level the appliance.
• Connect it to the water supply and drain.
• Take the old washing machine with us.

We recommend connecting the washing machine to a grounded socket.

If you want to place your dryer on top of your washing machine, this works best with a stacking kit. A stacking kit makes sure your dryer is stable on the washing machine. This means you don't have to worry about it falling off during the cycle. If you buy a washing machine or dryer with a stacking kit, we'll install the appliances in your home.

Please check all the services you require at delivery before adding the product to your shopping cart. After that, select the date that works best for you for delivery and installation. Now all you have to do is wait for our delivery drivers to arrive.

Prepare a few things if you choose our installation service.

• Make sure the drain pipe for your appliance is at least 15cm.
• Check the width of the doorposts, hallways, and stairwells that our delivery drivers have to go through. This way you're sure that we can position the appliance in the best possible way.
• Do we take your old appliance with us? Disconnect it from the connectors.

We won't install your new appliance, but we'll take your old appliance with us. Place it unplugged at the front door.

There's no installation service for changing the door direction of the washing machine. We don't adjust the standard door direction. This prevents the appliance from leaking. Some washing machines also have sensors in the door connection. Changing the door direction then causes problems. Check the door direction and whether it suits your circumstances before you buy.
