You want to game online on your PlayStation console with your Arctis 9 gaming headset. But, you're having problems with the connection or hear white noise while gaming. You reset the headset in 2 simple steps.

Step 1: reset your Arctis 9
You can reset the Arctis 9 via a hole in the bottom of the ear cushion. Go through the following steps to reset your headset.
- Remove the right ear cushion.
- Press the hole with the reset button with a needle.
- Press and hold the button in the hole for at least 1 second.
Your Arctis 9 has now been reset, you can reconnect it.
Step 2: reconnect your Arctis 9
You can connect the Arctis 9 via the included USB dongle. Go through the steps below to connect your Arctis 9 to your PlayStation console.
- Plug the USB dongle into your console.
- Set the slider on the dongle to 'PlayStation'.
- Check if the light on the dongle turns blue.
Your Arctis 9 will now connect to your console. This works exactly the same for the PC, you'll just have to set the slider to 'PC'.
