1. Choose your new smartphone. You can do this online or in the store.

3. Delete all your accounts and turn off "Find my phone". Otherwise, we don't accept your device.
4. Bring your old smartphone to the store within 30 days after your order. Take a valid form of ID with you as well.
5. Our expert checks your old smartphone and calculates the trade-in value.
6. Do you agree to this? We'll take your old smartphone. You'll receive the trade-in value on the same bank account you used to pay for your new smartphone within 7 days.
