If your device is in good condition, you get the maximum trade-in value. Are there scratches on your device, doesn't the hardware work, or is your battery worn out? What determines the condition of your old smartphone?
The expert in the store assesses your old smartphone. They check the device in several areas, such as the screen, battery, and casing. If everything works properly, your device is undamaged. Does your device have a damaged screen, isn't it SIM free, or is the battery no longer good? Your device is damaged and you receive less trade-in value. We do accept broken devices, but you won't get a discount.
