According to our pan expert
Thanks to the 30cm diameter, you can cook large pieces of meat.
The frying pan is suitable for all heat sources, including induction and use in the oven.
You use little oil or butter while cooking, thanks to the standard non-stick coating.
The standard non-stick coating isn't scratch-resistant.
You can easily cook fresh ingredients in the Le Creuset Les Forgees Frying Pan 30cm. The frying pan has a thick base with non-stick coating, so you don't need a lot of oil while you cook. This layer also ensures that your ingredients don't stick to the base. You can use this frying pan on all heat sources. The stainless steel handle is hollow on the inside, so the handle will stay cool and you can safely move the pan to the diner table. Done eating? Feel free to sit on the couch, because the frying pan is dishwasher-safe.
Durability
Have used the skillet a few times now. Am satisfied with it so far. Omelette comes off the bottom easily and without the use of butter. The pan is also very solid and it is nice that the handle is not fixed with a screw. With other pans, the handle often becomes loose again, but fortunately this pan does not suffer from that. You shouldn't grab the handle too close to the pan, because that's where this metal version, without a plastic cover, will get hot!

A fantastic frying pan! I first bought the 28cm version, but now I am proud to own a complete set. It absolutely does not stick, is easy to clean and can be used on the stove as well as in the oven. I'm sold!
