Staub Round Stew/Casserole Pan 28 cm Black

The Staub Round Dutch Oven 28cm Black is a real centerpiece for your kitchen. You can use the enameled cast iron pan to sear, bake, stew, and caramelize ingredients. The cast iron spreads the heat gradually and evenly, and it holds the heat well. Once the pan is hot, you can turn the heat down. This way, your dish slowly simmers until it's done. The flat, heavy lid has bumps across the entire interior. Together with the condensation process, this drip system continuously sprinkles the contents of the Staub Dutch oven. This way, the dish cooks evenly while hardly any moisture escapes. Want to speed up the condensation process? Then place ice cubes on the lid while the dish is simmering.
