According to our pan expert
The drip rings in the lid distribute the moisture evenly in the pan, so your dish remains tender.
The Dutch oven is suitable for all heat sources, including induction and use in the oven up to 230°C.
Cast iron is a durable material, and it lasts a lifetime.
A cast-iron pan is relatively heavy and less easy to move around than an aluminum pan.
You can make tender stew or spicy curry in the BK Bourgogne Dutch Oven 28cm Sunny Yellow. With its 6.7L capacity, the pan is suitable for enough stew for a large group of people. The cast iron is durable, and it provides a very good heat distribution. That allows you to slowly cook meat or ratatouille. The moisture is spread evenly over the dish, thanks to the drip rings in the lid. That way, you'll get rich flavors. Are you waiting for guests, but the stew is already done? Put the pan in the oven to keep it warm. After the dinner, you can relax on the couch, because you can simply put the pan in the dishwasher when you're done.
The bottom in the pan is convex, causing melted butter, fat, etc. to run off to the edge of the pan and burn the center.
