According to our vacuum expert
The supplied parquet brush protects your hard floor against scratches.
Thanks to the anti-allergy filter, very suitable for people with a dust allergy.
The TriActive Pro brush also takes the particulate matter along with the dirt along with the dirt while vacuuming.
There is no possibility to store the small accessories.
Does not contain a turbo brush, so animal hair or coarse carpets are less easy to clean.
The Philips Performer Silent FC8782 / 09 has a large collection capacity with a capacity of 4 liters. As a result, it is less often necessary to replace the dust bag. The anti-allergy filter ensures that the exhaust air is clean from dust particles and allergens. In addition, the TriActive Pro combi brush also takes the particulate matter off the ground. Fine, that will make you tickle noses. Do you have a wooden floor? Then use the parquet brush. This prevents scratches. You will receive 2 separate accessories and 1 accessory is integrated in the handle. Click the vacuum cleaner tube off the hose and you have a soft dust brush. So you can vacuum clean the glass coffee table without the risk of scratching.

Maneuverability
I have had a Philips vacuum cleaner for over thirty years. I bought it for my mother at the same time. With my mother it was 20 (!) years done, I have done 30 years. When the flames burst out of the vacuum cleaner, it was time to buy a new Philips vacuum cleaner. Even after 30 years, the nice thick cord rolled in like that, which I really thought was an achievement from Philips. This new vacuum cleaner actually needs to be replaced within a year. The cheap flat cord really gets in the way and because it curls and twists, the retractor barely works. The handle to lift the vacuum cleaner has broken off, which was far too weak a solution. Now the handle occasionally falls out because the plastic-only connection between the squeegee and the handle is leaching. What I see other than a worthless throwaway product is how the overall quality has declined over the years. I think it's quite something to use a vacuum cleaner for 30 years or to dispose of a vacuum cleaner after a year. Lesson learned, no more Philips and still spend a little more money on better quality and durability. We talk a lot about the environment and climate change, but this is no longer possible, is it?

Cord rolls back with difficulty, Weight too light compared to the size of the device, shoots in all directions Plastic/plastic parts break down quickly, e.g. from mouthpiece

Overall a good, fairly quiet vacuum cleaner. Very large work surface due to long power cord. The rod is on the short side; persons of 1.80m or taller will get back pain from this! Vacuum cleaner is very manoeuvrable, but driving on its own cord is a bit difficult - you have to give the hose a tug to help the vacuum cleaner over. Large dust bag, which is very easy to change and easy to access.
