According to our PoE adapter expert
Provide power to the network devices via the Ethernet cable.
The PoE injector is plug & play, so you do not have to configure it.
Because the injector automatically sees how much power is needed, it works energy-efficient.
The injector is only suitable for 48V passive devices, it does not work with 802.3af and 802.3at network devices.
You need an outlet at the location where you install the injector.
With the TP-Link TL-POE4824G PoE injector, you supply power to 48 Volt Passive PoE devices. This way you ensure that your access points can work without a separate power adapter. Place the PoE injector between your router and your access point to send the electricity via the network cable. The PoE injector automatically detects how much power the connected device needs, so you never consume too much electricity.
Power supply is included in the housing
