According to our printer expert
It's an all-in-one printer, which means you can also scan and copy in addition to printing.
This printer also supports HP Instant Ink, so you automatically receive new cartridges before they run out.
You can print your documents wirelessly on this printer via Apple AirPrint, Google Cloud Print, and E-mail print.
If you prefer the colors that are more cost effective, a printer with at least 4 cartridges is better.
Print, scan, and copy documents with the compact HP ENVY 5010 All-in-one home printer. You can print files wirelessly from your laptop, smartphone, or tablet. You can also print without a WiFi network using a cable or wireless direct. The ENVY 5010 prints up to 9 black-and-white documents per minute, so you won't have to wait for hours to print a report. Since this printer automatically prints double-sided, you won't need to manually flip the paper. With a print resolution of up to 4800x1200DPI, you can provide text documents with sharp images and print reasonably sharp photos without white edges. The printer supports HP Instant Ink which makes printing even easier.

Modern and stylish device at an interesting price. The installation goes very smoothly. The device not only works wirelessly with a smartphone, but also via USB cable to your fixed PC. The color prints are fantastic, highly recommended! The copy function is fast and super easy via digital display with touchscreen. The touchscreen is a bit small to touch your choices. Handy paper tray. I'm very content! Signed me up for HP instant ink program, you get 6 months free by default but here's a tip to get 2 additional free months. Just before the very last step of the Instant Ink registration you can enter additional promo codes in the "Special offers" field. With the following 2 codes you get 2 additional free months: TWRDt and FREEINK (note case sensitive).

Bought the printer in November, since then it has worn out 4 color and 3 black cartridges. Print a google maps card 5x and you can put a new color cartridge in it. The previous printer (also Envy series) was much more economical and cheaper too. Not recommended.

The printer has a compact size. Installation over wifi using the app is error prone and needed a few retries. The same goes for the full featured driver installation
