According to our slowcooker expert
You can also use the inner pan on your stove or cooktop to sear the meat first.
The matte black exterior is suitable for chalk, so you can write nice messages on it.
Thanks to the glass lid, you can monitor the cooking process closely.
You can't use the inner pan on induction.
With the Russell Hobbs Chalkboard slowcooker 3.5L, you can't just prepare a delicious meal, you can also decorate the pan. That's because the entire pan has a chalkboard exterior. Nice, because you can write the menu of the day on the pan or write a note for the person that'll eat later. With a 3.5L capacity, you can prepare food for about 4 people without having to keep an eye on the pan. You can prepare a delicious piece of meat, a vegetarian oven dish, or go for a pan of chili. In the manual, you can read how to best prepare various ingredients in the slowcooker.
I have had a great experience so far and would recommend this to everyone!
