After a short adventure with the Mi Box S, purchased the Shield TV. What a relief. Super fast installation, well up to date. Controls intuitive, quickly switches between apps. Picture quality is fantastic (we don't have a 4K TV though). Good experience with NLZiet/NPO/Netflix, runs without lagging. Tells you nicely if the ethernet connection drops (which we had due to a router failure). The cabinet is nice and small so it can be hidden. The remote feels good in the hand and buttons light up! However, it is easy to accidentally press the Netflix button. Shield is easy to connect to your TV, so it switches on and you can turn the TV up/down instead of Android TV.
