According to our refurbished mobile phone expert
This refurbished iPhone has little signs of use, except for a single scratch.
The battery condition is at least 85% and performs like that of a new iPhone.
You unlock the smartphone via facial recognition.
You'll receive iOS updates up to September 2023, after this you'll only receive security updates.
The Refurbished iPhone X 64GB Space Gray is as good as new. You can barely find any signs of use, but there can sometimes be a single scratch on the smartphone. This refurbished iPhone X has had a quality check and been repaired where necessary. The battery condition is between 85 and 100%. You barely notice this with daily use, because the battery performs like that of a new iPhone.
The 5.8-inch OLED screen of the Refurbished iPhone X covers the entire front of the device. This is ideal if you like to watch movies and series on your smartphone. This iPhone doesn't have a home button, so you have to unlock it with Face ID. With the 2 cameras on the back, you can take sharp photos and 4K videos. The 64GB storage capacity is relatively small and fills up quickly. Need more space? Choose the 256GB model.
From September 2023, you won't receive any more large software updates. You won't have access to the latest functions of next iOS versions. Your iPhone will work the way you're used to and receive security updates.
The iPhone we received was doing its own thing, starting to act without touching the screen. It was already more difficult to get past the first steps, because the screen was in 'zoom' function, and at that stage this cannot be adjusted in Settings. After going through this, the iPhone itself started opening applications and doing things that were not asked. Without touching the screen, the device started to open a new mail with the last recipient as the sender. We then returned the device. Very unfortunate because we really wanted to give this a chance, and at first sight it seemed like a really quality device. So we went to the store behind a completely new iPhone.

The iPhone may be second-hand and refurbished, but it feels brand new! Delivered quickly and now after more than a week I have not been able to discover a single flaw.
