According to our mobile phone expert
Take sharp photos with the 12-megapixel camera with portrait mode.
Thanks to the fast A13 processor, your device can also handle the most demanding apps.
Charge your iPhone SE easily without cables via wireless charging.
The device doesn't have a 3.5mm connector to connect your headphones or earbuds to.
Note: a charger and earbuds aren't included, so you have to purchase those separately.
The Apple iPhone SE 256GB Black is a real powerhouse in a recognizable device. Thanks to the superfast A13 Bionic chip, all your apps load in seconds. With 256GB of storage, you have more than enough space for all your photos, videos, and apps. The smartphone is very similar to the iPhone 8 in appearance. For example, the device has a glass back, so you can now also charge the device wirelessly. The smaller size makes it easy to fit in your pocket. On the 4.7-inch screen, you can easily watch your favorite movies and series and send your messages. You can still unlock with Touch ID via the physical home button. In addition, you can take the most beautiful photos and 4K videos on the iPhone SE 2020 Black with the 12-megapixel camera with portrait mode.

I was looking for the smallest possible phone with the best possible quality. I definitely found that in this phone. The build quality is really fantastic. I think the screen is very nice for an LED screen. In addition, the device is very fast and it is fluent to operate. What I also found very important is the quality of the camera and I must say with the camera you take really beautiful pictures. And don't forget that you get updates from Apple for about five years. With Android, that's only a year or two. All in all, definitely recommended.

Great iPhone and finally one that doesn't immediately cost a thousand euros new. Not too big, not too small. A camera that you can get along with, great battery and nice and fast. No more crashes, no more apps that don't work. If you go from a 6, 7 or 8, but are afraid of a laptop in your pocket, then this is a great device!

This iPhone is not intended for the aspiring photographer. Not even for those who watch more movies and series on a smartphone than a television. Or for people who like to show off the newest of the newest. If you play a lot of games on your smartphone (seriously?), I'd skip it too. This iPhone is intended for Android users who for whatever reason want to make the switch to iOS, or for owners of an iPhone 6(S)/7/8 who have really finished their smartphone, but would like the format want to keep. This new iPhone SE is similar in appearance to an iPhone 8, with the exception of the placement of the logo on the back. However, the interior has received the necessary upgrades.
Yes, the screen is better than most competitors in this price segment. Yes, the screen edges are actually outdated. And yes, the slow included charger can be annoying. Still, this iPhone has a lot to offer. Thanks to the same chip as in the iPhone 11 (Pro), the A13 Bionic, this smartphone is lightning fast. The processor is even so overkill that this iPhone will feel fast for a long time to come. And that's a good thing, because Apple is known for its very long software support, which is unparalleled. Are you an Android user and are you completely fed up with the fact that your smartphone no longer receives updates after two years? This iPhone may be for you. Are you fed up with the ever-increasing size of Android smartphones and would you like to operate your pocket computer with one hand again and actually put it in your pocket? This iPhone is definitely for you. As long as you don't mind the relatively small screen, this iPhone can handle everything at a rapid pace.
This is the iPhone for users who want a good smartphone for a reasonable price, without any fuss. The whole base is correct. There is nothing special or special about it. And that's what makes it so fantastic.
