The device is neatly packed in a sturdy box made of recycled material. When I open the box, I see a refurbished iPhone 11 in a cardboard holder. The screen is protected with a plastic film. Under the device I find an original Apple Lightning to USB A cable. I also find a sim needle and the warranty card here. A charger and earphones are not included.
A few light superficial scratches
The condition of refurbished iPhone 11 is very good. I really have to do my best to find signs of use. On this copy I find some light scratches on the screen. I only see this when the screen is off and I tilt the device towards the light. I don't find any signs of use on the housing and glass back. The device is an alternative for people who do not need the latest gadgets, but want a good device for a competitive price.

In general, you install five to six major annual updates on the iPhone. That means that I will install the latest software on this device until at least 2025. I have 128 GB of storage memory, which I can easily store all my photos, videos and apps on.

All images are of good quality on the 6.1-inch Liquid Retina screen. The screen is large enough to comfortably watch a movie or series on the train, for example. I do notice that the transition of images is less smooth than on an OLED screen. You probably only notice this if you are used to a smartphone with an OLED screen, such as the iPhone X or Xs.
Dual camera with night mode
With the dual camera on the back I take beautiful portrait photos with a depth-of-field effect. The colors of these photos are bright and the image is sharp. In addition, thanks to the night mode, I also take great photos in low light. Everything is clearly visible. That is an advantage over other refurbished iPhones, such as iPhone SE and Xr. The night mode is only on the standard lens and not on the wide-angle lens.
