According to our pan expert
You can cook large pieces of meat, thanks to the 28cm diameter.
The Tefal Thermo-Signal dot turns plain red when the correct baking temperature has been reached.
The frying pans are suitable for all heat sources, including induction and use in the oven up to 175°C.
The standard non-stick coating isn't scratch-resistant.
The Tefal Unlimited Frying Pan 28cm is ideal for preparing large pieces of meat or fish for 4 people. With this pan, you're bringing home a sturdy frying pan that lasts a long time. That's because the pan has a titanium coating. Thanks to this coating, ingredients don't stick to the pan and you don't have to worry about scratching it. You'll know exactly when the pan has reached the right temperature thanks to the Thermo-Signal, which turns solid red when the right temperature has been reached. For a longer lifespan, it's best to wash the pans by hand.
Durability
I've been able to test the pans for a few days now. The pans feel very heavy in quality and look super chic. I've cooked with it a few times now and nothing sticks in the pan. Everything just slides off. The pan is also very easy to clean. The pans are big enough for my family of 5 people. In short, I am very happy with them and recommend them to everyone.

After the 2nd use (with a wooden spoon) the non-stick coating starts to wear off. This should be the most scratch resistant of all tefal pans... worthless.
