According to our smartwatch expert
Via the Samsung Health Monitor app, you get insight into your health.
In addition to registering your route, the watch also navigates you in the right direction.
You can download your favorite apps thanks to the Wear OS operating system and the Google Play Store.
This Samsung watch isn't compatible with iOS smartphones (Apple iPhone) and HarmonyOS smartphones (Huawei).
If you want to measure your blood pressure with the watch, you first have to calibrate the watch with a separate blood pressure monitor.
Get started on your fitness goals and stay up to date on your messages and health with the Samsung Galaxy Watch4 Black 40mm. This smartwatch is lightweight because of the aluminum watch case, so it doesn't feel heavy on your arm while you work out. You can easily navigate through your messages and apps on the screen. Thanks to the Wear OS operating system, you can now also download apps like Strava, Spotify, and Snapchat on the watch. With the Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis health function, you gain insight into your fat percentage, muscle mass, and body water. Wear the smartwatch while you sleep, because it can track your sleep and when you snored. Is the Galaxy Watch empty? Thanks to fast charging, you can charge it in 1.5 hours.
Note: a charger isn't included. Want to charge the watch via a socket? Use the charger of your smartphone or order a separate charger.
This watch is recommended for a wrist circumference of 13 to 15cm.

It is a beautiful watch that fits comfortably on your wrist. I have very narrow wrists myself and size 40mm fits very nicely. The battery lasts 1 day, I don't think that is a problem. I leave it on while I'm on the couch watching TV. It charges quickly. Calling is also fine, everything is well understood from both sides. No cons found so far. The watch sees cleaning as a workout, finally someone who recognizes that ;)

Please note, this watch does not support Runkeeper contrary to what Coolblue indicates! Indicated some time ago to Coolblue, meanwhile had a link (this also does not offer the desired solution! Then had a link with watches that do support it (link from Runkeeper site), it turns out that Runkeeper only supports Samsung watches from before 2018!
I'm not used to Coolblue that they still haven't adjusted it on the website and the service also leaves something to be desired! I took it for granted that the watch does not support Runkeeper because I was just waiting for a new model (instead of a 2018 model)

The model is very beautiful. Much sleeker design than the watch2 active. There is also more possible to set the screen to your own liking. Wears nicely on the wrist, measures everything very accurately. The snoring function is also nice, but if you have a partner who snores, that will also be recorded and you will not have an accurate measurement for yourself. Battery drains fairly quickly, it lasts about 1 day. This is also if I only use the watch as a watch, so with active use I use it less than 1 day. Couldn't find any drawbacks. Am very happy with it!
