Bought printer for home office because of large ink supply, good print quality, double-sided printing. But software is substandard. Everything has to be arranged via the HP smart which works poorly and slowly. The build quality of the printer itself is also much lower than the previous HP Officejet from 2015. On previous printers you could select to scan directly to computer or to email address, now you have to open the HP smart on the PC every time to select what you want to do.
