According to our pan expert
A titanium coating is very strong, so the pan wears less quickly than a pan with a standard non-stick coating.
The baking pan is suitable for all heat sources, including induction and use in the oven up to 175°C.
The Tefal Thermo-Signal turns solid red when the correct baking temperature has been reached.
Aluminum retains heat less well.
Super fine lid that does not rattle due to the wide rubber edge

Just like the large frying pan, this pan does not have a flat bottom. Very annoying. Butter/oil runs to the side. Not even an egg stays in the middle. Expected more from Tefal. This pan is just not great on induction because of the bottom.
