AEG AB61A4DB 6000 Animal

I find the AEG 6000 Animal a handy helper in the household, because it quickly and effectively sucks up animal hair from my floor. The long cord and recycled design with large wheels make it durable and easy to maneuver. With the turbo brush it makes quite a lot of noise.

3 suction nozzles The accessories that you get with this vacuum cleaner are useful if you have pets. One of these is a large turbo brush. With this I easily remove pet hair from hard floors, but also from carpet. The brush loosens stuck animal hairs from the ground and then sucks them up. The turbo brush just makes more noise than the rest of the accessories. The other two nozzles are a parquet brush and a multi-purpose brush. I used the parquet brush with soft bristles for my laminate floor. I use the multi-surface brush when I quickly run the vacuum cleaner through my house.

accessories The last accessory is the 3-in-1 accessory. On one side are the crevice and upholstery tool. The other side of the accessory is a dusting brush. I have used them to vacuum my fabric upholstery and corners, crevices and baseboards in the house. I just had to find out that you can fold the ends in and out. If you fold in the two ends, you only have a crevice tool. If you unfold them, you have a furniture nozzle.

Sustainable design The vacuum cleaner is a sustainable choice because it is made from recycled plastic. I also like the retro design. Thanks to the long cord, you can go a long way with the vacuum cleaner. I almost never switched sockets. Furthermore, the vacuum cleaner has large round wheels. This makes it very manoeuvrable when cornering and it followed my movements through the house smoothly. The carriage and handle are both lightweight. So you can easily take it up and down the stairs while vacuuming.

vacuum cleaner bag Dust and dirt collect in the vacuum cleaner bag. I am allergic to dust myself. Emptying such a bag is therefore better for me than emptying a reservoir. This is because no dust is released during emptying.

In short, a light, manoeuvrable vacuum cleaner with a long reach that quickly and efficiently deals with animal hair, dust and dirt.

Last week I received the AEG AB61A4DB 6000 Animal vacuum cleaner.

Immediately after opening the box it became clear to me that this is a very complete version. No less than 3 different suction nozzles and a universal attachment with multiple functions are included in the box.

Also in the box is the vacuum cleaner hose and the tube. Both the vacuum hose and the tube have a pleasant length.

Furthermore, a kind of drawn user manual is included that explains the operation in cartoon style.

This is sufficient in itself, but I miss more information about the different suction nozzles. Which squeegee is intended for what? It is also unclear to me which mouthpieces are included with this particular model. There are more on the user manual than there were in the box with me.

Assembling the parts is easy and the vacuum cleaner is already equipped with a dust bag (type S-Bag) as standard.

So you can get started right away if you want.

removes hair well, sucks well, but make more noise
