After two years of little intensive use, the coating of the lower grill plate came off. Plate sent to Coolblue. After two weeks an email: grill plate worn, no guarantee. 3 options: 1. new grill plate for 82 euros! 2. get a defective grill plate back and then pay attention: pay 39.95 research costs!!! (for viewing a plate of aluminum) 3. Relinquish and then the grill plate will be destroyed free of charge. This is not "everything for a smile" I can tell you. Then I checked TEFAL's site (should have done earlier!). Replacement grill plate available from stock for ....... 14.20 euros. I think this is a very bad turn for Coolblue and it certainly puts a dent in the confidence and enthusiasm I have for Coolblue....

According to our contact grill expert
Beautiful grill marks: your meat, fish, or vegetables get beautiful grill marks thanks to the grill pattern.
Make 4 toasties at once: thanks to the large size, you can make 4 toasties at once.
Automatic grilling time: this grill measures the thickness of the ingredients and automatically adjusts the grilling time.
No lock: the contact grill doesn't have lockable grill plates, so it opens more quickly when you store it.
