The pan is light weight, which makes a difference in cleaning anyway. But also the size does not affect the frying capacity (I was afraid because my induction spot is smaller and the pan is oval). Super happy with this purchase

The name of the frying pan says it all; 'Air'. But the pan is also extremely light compared to my traditional cast iron frying pan. The good thing about this is that the pan is also easy to clean. My traditional pan was very heavy and always had to be dried immediately to prevent rusting. I don't suffer from that anymore. Preparing food in the pan is also good. I expected that this would be less than with my previous pan with thick walls, but that's not too bad. My delicious stew with beer turned out well. You can also use the pan in the oven, but I haven't tried that yet. You should also be able to clean the pan in the dishwasher, but I haven't tried that yet. And I find it just as easy by hand now that this pan is so light. The shape of the casserole is also fine. My previous one was round, but this one is oval. This makes no difference at all with regard to preparing your meal. The pan is also large enough for a nice stew. All in all I am pleasantly surprised!
