Our digital expert will help you, but it can sometimes make mistakes, like humans do.
According to our mirrorless camera expert
Retro without editing: you can easily create a retro color effect with the built-in Film Simulations.
Record smooth handheld video: the built-in image stabilization reduces motion blur, so you can record smooth videos and take sharp photos.
For recordings with high contrast: thanks to the wider dynamic range of the F-Log2 profile, you can record outdoors in bright sunlight.
Not for vlogs: the camera doesn't have a fully tiltable screen, so it's less suitable for vlogging.
Less easy to take with you: a medium-sized camera fits less easily in a handbag and feels heavier when you carry it for a longer time.

I have not been able to test the device often, but after 1 weekend I am still happy with the device. When photographing a football match, I have noticed that it is better not to use facial recognition because the players move through the image too erratically. However, if you disable this, everything is fine. It delivers nice, sharp images and there are a lot of settings to adjust. As an experienced Nikon'ist it still takes some getting used to, working with the device is not always as convenient and well thought out as with Nikon, but that does take some getting used to. I chose this device mainly for its weight, quality and retro appearance. That's all fine. In addition, this device is a lot more affordable. I may add to this review once I have tested it further for a few weeks.
