Our old frying pan was also from Tefal, and we have now purchased this one because the coating of the other pan is peeling off after 1.5 years, despite always washing by hand and using only plastic spatulas. As a disadvantage I would mention: the handle conducts the heat very well, and if the pan is briefly on the 'fire' (induction) you almost burn your fingers on the metal handle (the 'steel' as it were, so not the cap of the lid).
