According to our air quality monitor expert
The device runs on a battery that lasts for 2 years, so you're not bound to a socket.
In addition to the temperature, the device also measures the humidity.
You can connect other smart devices to this sensor to automate your home.
To connect the sensor to other Tapo devices, you need a Tapo hub.
It works perfectly with or without an app or hub connection. Screen is easy to read. Without hub it is a simple thermo and hygrometer. With hub and app you can get more information on evolution etc. Has built-in magnet so you can also attach it to your fridge.

Do exactly what I want, now have 4 sensors in use. The graphs are updated every 15 minutes. I would like to save the graphs over several days like with the Tapo P115
