Magnetic bookcase design looks nice but super impractical

Bought for work, generally very satisfied with the tablet, but I should never have replaced the bookcase. This is not a folder or cover as the name suggests, but two separate magnetic plates. The design looks beautiful and the stylus is nicely stored (why I bought it), but in practice this really doesn't work at all. First of all, the front plate falls off as standard when you open the book case and want to fold it back (so you have a loose magnetic plate in your hands). In addition, I work at a metal construction company, so magnetic plates are really a NoGo with metal dust nearby. I ordered a silicone cover with overly large bumpers, but this does work for us.
