Kapot of niet geschikt product

Kon het gewicht van 10kg monitor niet aan ondanks specificaties

De monitor arm kon het gewicht niet aan. Achteraf denk ik dat het komt omdat de hydraulische veer kapot was. Zeer goed geholpen door klantenservice. En dezelfde dag de monitor arm kunnen omruilen voor een werkende van een ander merk.
